Membrane science engineered around the hardest water on site

SV-NanoMetrix™ is a specialty membrane brand built on polymer science and application engineering. Rather than competing on commodity RO, we design membranes for streams defined by fouling load, extreme chemistry, high recovery and valuable dissolved content — the conditions where membrane selection decides whether a plant is profitable or shut down.

Our platform spans Reverse Osmosis, Nanofiltration, Ultrafiltration, submerged MBR, Microfiltration, ceramic and specialty membranes, including acid-resistant, caustic-resistant, brine concentration and resource recovery series for demanding industrial processes.

Every element is built on three proprietary sciences: the Thermo-FR™ surface shield that controls foulant adhesion thermodynamics, selective layer architecture control that delivers stable transport with high rejection, and HDG — Hydrodynamic Channel Geometrics — that stabilises shear and suppresses fouling-driven pressure rise.

As one of the few dry membrane manufacturers, we combine roll-to-roll nanoprinting consistency with composite construction and nanotechnology-integrated surfaces — superior fouling resistance, reduced chemical dependency and long-lasting rejection performance, in over 30 countries.

Our story

Born from the streams the industry called untreatable

SV-NanoMetrix™ began where standard membranes stopped working — acidic leach liquors, hypersaline brines, high-COD effluent and recovery targets nobody would guarantee.

Chapter 01

A problem the market avoided

Industrial clients kept arriving with the same brief: feedwater outside every standard envelope — extreme pH, heavy organics, silica, hardness and salinity beyond conventional RO limits. Commodity elements fouled, failed or were simply declined.

Chapter 02

Science instead of substitution

Rather than re-badging generic film, we built our own polymer and surface science: the Thermo-FR™ shield to govern foulant adhesion, selective layer architecture control for stable transport at high rejection, and HDG channel geometrics to hold shear where fouling starts.

Chapter 03

From treatment to recovery

Those same tools turned waste streams into feedstock. Today our membranes concentrate brine, recover minerals and metals, and close water loops for plants in over 30 countries — with application engineering and pilot validation behind every supply.

We are a technology-driven company before we are a supplier. Chemistry, casting, nanoprinting, element construction and hydrodynamics are developed in-house so that each variable can be tuned to a client's feedwater rather than to a catalogue average.

That control is why our specialty series exist: acid- and caustic-resistant films for metallurgical and chemical duties, ceramic elements for abrasive and hot streams, brine-concentration membranes for high-ratio ZLD, and selective recovery membranes that separate lithium, nickel, cobalt, sulphates and rare earths from waste rather than discarding them.

Our purpose is measured in what a plant keeps: water recovered, chemicals reduced, minerals harvested and discharge eliminated.
