SR90 / SR150 / SR300 platforms across 100–500 Dalton
Product description
SR-90 NF membranes deliver high flux with excellent removal of monovalent and divalent salts, plus high rejection of organic compounds including pesticides, herbicides and THM precursors, and strong removal of natural organic compounds. They reduce hardness, remove turbidity, color and organics, and enable recovery of valuable multivalent salts and small-molecule organics at very low net driving pressure. Well suited to paper making, printing and dyeing, and municipal water treatment.
SR-150 NF membranes use a proprietary formula and advanced production technology for specialized solute concentration and separation. They fill a critical gap in the MWCO range of existing NF membranes, enabling TOC and THM precursor removal, monovalent salt separation, decolorization and concentration of small-molecule organics with superior fouling resistance.
SR-300 series NF membranes combine extremely high flux with strong retention of divalent salts and excellent permeability for monovalent salts, retaining organics with an MWCO of 300–500 Dalton and offering superior decolorization. The latest manufacturing technology minimizes dead spots and bypasses during filtration.

Caustic-resistant SP NF variants SP 8040-350-CR2 (200–300 Da) and SP 8040-350-CR7 (700–1000 Da) use modified PES (PET/FB) construction for 20% NaOH / 10% KOH service at 25–55 bar, pH 0–14, with 34/46/65/80 mil feed spacer options.
