Reverse Osmosis
Sea Water Desalination RO Membranes
Up to 99.8% stabilized salt rejection with 92% boron rejection
Product description
HR membranes stand as SV-NanoMetrix's flagship seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) membrane solution, purpose-engineered for high-rejection applications. These elements sustain exceptional salt rejection over prolonged operational cycles while delivering consistent, design-rated permeate flux. The advanced thin-film composite (TFC) structure ensures superior separation efficiency and outstanding stability even under harsh seawater conditions.
XHR membranes incorporate further enhancements to the density of the selective layer, enabling ultra-high rejection rates while maintaining exceptional stability during prolonged operation, even in the most demanding seawater desalination environments.
HRLE membranes tackle the high energy intensity of conventional seawater RO systems. Through optimized membrane chemistry and module structural design, these elements achieve exceptional rejection at lower operating pressures, delivering substantial energy savings without sacrificing water quality or system productivity.
HRFR membranes are developed specifically for challenging seawater sources with high organic content and elevated hardness. Specialized surface treatments and advanced membrane chemistry minimize foulant adhesion, reducing cleaning frequency and extending operational cycles even in complex water matrices.
