Specialty — Acid Resistant
SP-AR Series — Acid Resistance Membranes
Composite spiral elements, 200–300 Da MWCO, pH 0–12
Product description
SP-AR acid-resistant specialty membranes are engineered for targeted applications in acidic environments: purification of acidic solvents, removal of metal cations, acid recovery from leaching solutions, decolorization of inorganic acids, metal recovery from acid solutions, concentration and recovery of ions in acid streams, and electrolyte recovery.
Their robust acid resistance ensures reliable performance across acid-centric tasks, making them a versatile solution for industries such as mining, metallurgy and chemical processing that require efficient separation, recovery or purification of components in acidic streams.

Rejection test conditions: 25°C, pH 8.0, 15% recovery, 30 minutes operation. Flow rate for individual elements may vary ±25%.

Performance figures are nominal values obtained under the standard test conditions stated with each table. Actual performance varies with feedwater chemistry, pretreatment, flux, recovery, temperature, pressure and operating practice. Individual element flow may vary from the nominal value. Specifications are subject to change without notice — request the current datasheet before specifying.
