Product description

The alkali recovery diffusion dialysis membrane is a high-efficiency membrane material specifically designed for separating alkali from salts and organic compounds. By selectively recovering valuable components from spent alkaline solutions, the separated alkali can be reused in production — enabling resource recycling and waste reduction while improving economic and environmental performance.

Working principle: the membrane operates on selective ion permeability. Without external pressure, hydroxide ions diffuse from the waste solution side to the recovery side driven by a concentration gradient, while salts and organic impurities are effectively retained. The process features low energy consumption and stable operation, suitable for continuous industrial applications.
