Reverse Osmosis — Anti-Fouling
SP-R100 Specialty Membranes
Surface-charge modified anti-fouling RO, 30–50% less cleaning
Product description
SP-R100 represents the next generation of anti-fouling membranes, developed on the foundation of the proven SP-R50 platform. While retaining exceptional cleaning resistance, it integrates targeted surface charge modifications that drastically minimize the adhesion of organic matter, making it uniquely suited to high-challenge wastewaters with heavy organic load.
Specifications
| Membrane Model | Effective Area ft² (m²) | Feed Channel | Stabilized Rejection (%) | Min. Rejection (%) | Flux gpd (m³/d) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SP-R100-400 | 400 (37) | Standard | 99.7 | 99.4 | 11500 (44) |

Flux and rejection based on 1.55 MPa (225 psi), 77°F (25°C), 2,000 ppm NaCl, pH 8 feedwater and 15% recovery.

Performance figures are nominal values obtained under the standard test conditions stated with each table. Actual performance varies with feedwater chemistry, pretreatment, flux, recovery, temperature, pressure and operating practice. Individual element flow may vary from the nominal value. Specifications are subject to change without notice — request the current datasheet before specifying.
