Reverse Osmosis — Brine Concentration & ZLD

SP-XR Series — High-Ratio Concentration Membranes

XR60, XR100 and XR120 for brine concentration up to 130,000 ppm

Product description

XR60 is engineered for high-demand scenarios including zero liquid discharge (ZLD) and brine concentration. It delivers exceptional permeate flux even when processing high-concentration brines, directly reducing operational energy consumption, and offers inherent anti-fouling capability for stability in challenging feedwater.

XR100 addresses intensive ZLD and brine concentration needs, delivering exceptional permeate flux at high concentration while integrating anti-fouling capability that enhances stability and longevity in complex, fouling-prone feedwaters.

XR120 is purpose-built for extreme concentration scenarios, focusing on flux enhancement without compromising high salinity tolerance, and maintaining robust performance when processing highly concentrated brines.

Performance figures are nominal values obtained under the standard test conditions stated with each table. Actual performance varies with feedwater chemistry, pretreatment, flux, recovery, temperature, pressure and operating practice. Individual element flow may vary from the nominal value. Specifications are subject to change without notice — request the current datasheet before specifying.
