Methane purification and CO₂ removal for renewable gas

Product description

The biogas membrane system is an efficient methane purification and recovery solution. It uses membrane separation technology to extract methane from other gas components in biogas, increasing methane purity and converting biogas into a clean, renewable energy source.

The system suits biogas from waste treatment plants, landfills and agricultural organic residues, enabling efficient methane recovery and purification under medium- to high-pressure conditions for natural gas grid injection or vehicle fuel.

Working principle: polymer membranes selectively allow certain gas components to pass — methane permeates more slowly and is enriched, while water vapour, carbon dioxide and nitrogen permeate faster. The system runs continuously under a pressure difference with no frequent chemical replacement.
